Cool, you mean like calling him a gay character as an insult?

Good look.
Wow, you've got issues. Pride Fest is this weekend, I'll be celebrating at the parade tomorrow.

It's cool, Glen.

You can report this post like all the other posts you reported anytime a certain wager came up.

Ratting is a pattern isn't it, Glen?

Would you say rat < welch?

I think ratting is probably worse.

Welching may be a gateway drug to rat though.

You think that upper management working in cahoots with a disgrunted fired employee to attack a middle manager is what happens in the real world?

You might like the potential outcome but if you think their actions aren’t odorous then you’ve got a few thousand posts that ring pretty hollow.

Unfortunately I’ve seen this happen a couple of times in the real world. Pretty slimy when it happens there as well.

If the middle manager ended up being trash absolutely. Except in corporations nobody has contracts and people just get fired and that's that. But if corporations had to do it, I am absolutely sure they would.

Most people at senior levels have contracts (depends on the industry but generally). And sometimes they just want to get a guy and they manufacture a reason.

You have a wild imagination

So you are arguing that the university shouldn't have to pay Ollie, but they are not trying to avoid paying Ollie. Which is it?

LOL

Attorney defends Glen Miller's role in NCAA investigation

This guy Coric is painful to watch.

In the same article he is quoted contradicting himself:

Glen was happy to answer the questions because he committed no violations.

then

Anyone who was there would tell you that Glen was a reluctant witness.

Amateur hour.

UConn liked the way he answered their questions and lo and behold the NCAA got in touch. The coincidences sure do pile up.

When do they release the transcripts from the rat’s wife?

There's a difference between firing someone and trying to "destroy" them

Either UConn is trying to win, or it isn't. If UConn is going to do this, then they should leave a smoking hole in the ground where Ollie's career used to be. The worst thing they can do is go to court and lose.

Drama queens...
In this limited instance, regrettably that phrase is more true than not.

There's a lot of mass hysteria on naked display and given how grounded in unsubstantiated assertions it all is, it's not very helpful toward settlement which is the wide preference of people on differing sides of the fence.

Those who are capable of chilling out should give it some serious consideration. The surprising seeming alliances that have developed are interesting, even entertaining, to watch (and mostly understandable) but they aren't helpful and the give unhealthy encouragement to those who cannot exercise self-control.

This is just a probably futile but no less worthy attempt to reign things in on a Sunday morning.

...especially when the same damn people say the same damn thing and damn everyone who doesn't agree. Yawn.

newsflash - people don't act like saints in the presence of an 8 figure contract. Film at 11.
