DiMauro calling out HFD on drunk tweeting is actually really funny
Goodman always struck me more as a guy that should be covering the Haverill / Dracut game than college basketball for a national publication. He just seems like a small time guy that by some miracle ended up with ESPN in his byline. The gap between him and some of the more reputable college basketball writers is enormous, both in terms of the quality of his work and his professionalism. I assumed some of his UConn trolling came from his loyalty to the Tilton guys but that's not really based on anything other than my own speculation.
Its funny but for some reason every time someone is talking or writing nonsense about Uconn i get a picture in my head of this person talking and suddenly there is a hand with 4 rings on it rising slowly in front of them and as it gets higher they start speaking faster and faster with sweat beading up on their forehead then suddenly the hand just turns and back slaps them across the mouth. In other words
"FOUR RINGS B1TCH! SLOW YOUR ROLE"
My friend, that is all part the HFD charm. He's an original. Count me another who'd love to have him back on the board. It's a cheap shot anyway, but if HFD is going to take it, at least spell "stutter" correctly.
(I know, I know...Spelling is not his thing.)

I'm in the dark as to why he hates us. Was he not accepted to UConn?

Goodman on twitter comparing UCONN fan base to NC state. Also says Ollie needs to win with his own recruits.
I personally can't wait for Ollie to make this dude eat crow....
all we do is win!!
Jeff Goodman, cbs.com @GoodmanCBS: Count me as a Kevin Ollie fan, but he has limited college experience -and this is a daunting task at UConn right now. Talent level low

Freaking moron.
EDIT: in case anyone is confused that was his reaction when Calhoun retired. That UConn had low talent level left for Ollie

Yes, but kind of funny in an awkward nervous-laugh kind of way. Like when you shake your father in-law's hand after figure-blasting his daughter.
This dude literally hates on us all the time because he did not like Calhoun? There's got to be more to it than that right??

Can the boneyard's filter block the word Goodman from being posted on here? Clearly he is one of the worst so why still talk about him? If we collectively ignore this moron, on here and on twitter, maybe he will just go away.
I must admit that saying Ollie won with all of Calhoun's recruits was one of the funniest things I have heard in a while.
Does he realise Ollie recruited half the team as an assistant? Like Daniels never even met JC before committing ? (Or is that a myth?)
I posted this recently but I'll post it again for a good laugh. This is Goodman's article when Ollie was hired. Don't worry, you can click on it since he was working for CBSSports.com then. In hindsight this is pretty funny how wrong he was. The junior varsity? Hah, that same team plus a couple of small added pieces won a national championship!

Would love someone on twitter to hound him for a comment on this colossal turd of an article.
