The one-handed catch in the air and putting it in with no gather on the right side was a thing of beauty. Truly a veteran play. Total court awareness.

Danny changed the game when they were down in the 2nd half and he sent Joey and Diarra into the locker room to meet coke bear. Unbelievable coaching.

X-Factor for the win-- The Bench.. Joey Onions was in a zone and Diarra had an awesome floor game with energy.. I am ecstatic that they were down coming into the second half..They needed to be tested and they were for the first 30 minutes.. Playing with pride and energy.. Got win number 13.. Will pay dividends during the BE season and beyond.

They had 6 assists on 27 field goals. We had 24 assists on 30 field goals.

They really did make A LOT of tough iso, mid-range shots.

Georgetown was unconscious hitting really tough mid-range shots. I doubt their assist to made bucket ratio was very good. They just hit all their hero shots. It was impressive and maddening at the same time.

Give Gtown credit for playing hard and shooting the lights out for 3/4 of the game.

Exactly the game we needed. Glad it happened at home.

Our rebounding could have been better, but to Gtowns credit, they didn’t leave too many shots to be rebounded.

Another game where Karaban struggled with a more athletic opponent. Will be great to get Samson back (hopefully soon).

Nice minutes for Diarra.

Give credit to Georgetown for outrebounding us. But terrible officiating. Ted Valentine is such a joke of a ref, T'ing up people after blowing the call.

we haven’t had our backs against the wall until tonight. I just love how we responded. G town has some good players. The Big East is gunning for us now.

Just win baby!!! They all won't be easy. Bulls eye on our back every game. Every other team's Super Bowl. Give Georgetown credit. And our boys even more. They took the punches, stayed composed, guys stepped up, and won the game, again by double digits. Every game is a learning experience. 13-0 into the holiday break. Nothing to complain about. Edit: Full disclosure, I fully expect that we lose a game sooner or later, but NOT THAT GAME, a quad 4 loss at home. That was scary at the 12 minute mark down seven saying "Is this really $#@%&@# happening?"
