So this is what rock bottom feels like? Sad day for UConn Football. This program used to play with so much pride and rarely ever get blown out unless we played top 5 talent. Now were getting blown out to the likes of Buffalo, and Cincinnati and losing to programs such as Western Michigan and Towsen. It's just sad stuff.

We better hope someone cares enough about this program to stop them from this free fall before we end up in College Football FCS.

Honestly it's a stretch and I'm not that big a fan of the guy. But once Greg Schiano gets fired from TB, we need to bring him in. Great motivator and great recruiter. At least we can compete with a guy like him.

If we lose to Temple, that will be rock bottom. We need someone better than Schiano.

Without Philips retuning kicks and receiving it's a long day for this team. Give Foley credit he has done something to spark the run game and pass protection.

So I assume you stopped going to games and didn't renew your season tickets this year because Manuel didn't fire P after last season?

I wouldn't say completely barren. We definitely can use improvement in special teams and skill positions on offense. And in the secondary, too.

There is Boyle. When you stink at almost every position on the field you have a barren roster.

Davis and Phillips are fine but will be long gone by the time the team is competitive.

It's not all coaching.

No offense to their families but most of those guys are well below average AAC players.

That is not even close to a core that can even get to 6 wins and qualify for a bowl.
