I don’t think so. Somewhere between 50-75.But I would argue they are around top 50 and may end the season at about that if there are no surprises

Ankle, per Mora postgame. What happened to Hoeh?
This offense simply won’t cut it against good competition.
No. Kudos to all for being 6-3, but all of the 6 wins have been against really bad teams (Ga State hasn’t yet won a single game in its crappy conference) and have been at home, and the last 3 wins were sufficient but not impressive Unless they beat Syracuse, even wins over UAB and UMess won’t and shouldn’t put us in top 50 conversations. But I would argue they are around top 50 and may end the season at about that if there are no surprises
Was he better against Ga State than he was versus Rice and Wake? To the eye test yes, so he is improving. He had a couple of decent plays, but man is he frustrating to watch. They keep saying he just needs more reps, but it sure seems like he’s already peaked.
So, in the last minute of the game, there were 3 guys standing in the handicapped access seating behind Section 103. It's 4th & 1 yard to go for a 1st down & these guys were screaming to go for the field goal because they had bet big $$ for UConn to cover the point spread. They were apoplectic when the Huskies made the first down to run out the clock. The House always wins...Those mistakes didn't have much on the result of the game, but it had an impact on the betting line since the spread was UConn -8. Funny how those things worked in the end
Their qb was the best visiting qb at the Rent this year. WF qb made plays as he was being sacked. This qb, was throwing to spots accurately with defenders in his face and tight coverage. He was very elusive avoiding sacks and extending plays with his legs. We dropped an easy int and had late hits that extended drives and that allowed more points and yardage. Our D is good, just didn't play as well last nightHonest question…I didn’t see the game…i am out of the country said that UConn has a light’s out defense…I believed that the competition was so poor, that the D was good..but it was more about facing a horrible offense.
After the game last night…do you still think UConn’s defense is light’s out? Was GSU’s offense that good? Looking at the stats…they outgained UConn. Just curious what you think now?
This one is on the defense, folks. We had a 10-0 lead after 1 and they allowed GState to drive down the field and get right back into it. We came back and built a 21 point lead, and the d took the rest of the night off, apparently forgetting games are 60 minutes.Am I the only one who think Evers played well tonight just based on the eye test, of course the stat geeks will look at the passing yards, Evers got out of a 3rd and 13 on that drive a rb fumbled, had a dropped 3rd and long completion dropped by Nick Bell of all guys. Evers moved around good and made smart decisions.
I never understood the decision to not go for it on 4th and 1 from the Ga State 37 up 2 scores. Stop being scared to get a yard everyone knew we weren’t stopping GSU sometimes your defense has to be your offense get the damn yard and put it away, your offense was in rhythm too just stay out of the way, please.
So which would you rather have, their guy and a 2-6 record or our guy at 6-3?Their qb was the best visiting qb at the Rent this year. WF qb made plays as he was being sacked. Remember when our guys looked like a Pop Warner team vs the opponent's guys on top of having piss poor coaching? Wasn't all that long ago.
He left the D on the field for 35 minutes. He can’t keep the offense moving. His longest pass completion was about 5 yards, when 6 was needed. If GSt’s qb played for us, it would have been a 50-7 win.We scored 6 times. He doesn’t play D. Our D gave up several 3rd and long first downs. He is not a fabulous passer, but he was pretty good overall. Seriously, our team is good, but someone here thought we could jam runs down Alabama’s throat. Really? C’mon, enjoy the winning. We score 30 and 34 the last two games.
I guess I’m in the minority here but I thought this was Evers best game this year. Yes he had only 75 yards passing but had a couple nice passes and a run TD. Bell dropped a really nice pass on 3rd down.
At times they were shaky to the point of looking inept. GA St did a good job of keeping us off balance, and rushed. This was the qb’s second start I believe. He looked pretty damn good. Maybe his seasonal/career progression is what we have been hoping to see from Evers.??Honest question…I didn’t see the game…i am out of the country. Last week you said that UConn has a light’s out defense…I believed that the competition was so poor, that the D was good..but it was more about facing a horrible offense.

We got killed on penalties. I think almost all of their scoring drives were extended by a penalty on a 3rd down stop and we also dropped a pick on their last scoring driveHonest question…I didn’t see the game…i am out of the country. Their spread and quick throwing style neutralized a lot of what we like to do on defense, especially disguising pressure and coverage. Our D wasn't bad but they were a tough match up.Their qb was the best visiting qb at the Rent this year. WF qb made plays as he was being sacked. A Rhymin’ Haiku. Nice!My main man Mel Brown
Running all over those clowns
O Line leads….Touchdown!
i agree with you on many things, but not this one. He is not capable all by himself of allowing the opposition 35 minutes of possession. The D sort of has a role in that. We scored 14 4th Q points. The decent GState QB threw a key first half int. Evers threw none. .who cares if his passes are all for short gains. We definitely moved the ball.He left the D on the field for 35 minutes. He can’t keep the offense moving. His longest pass completion was about 5 yards, when 6 was needed. If GSt’s qb played for us, it would have been a 50-7 win.
