We can still prevail in this game. The ladies are showing a little toughness. I like it.

BUT, I'm reminded of something that has been bothering me since last March when I posted, "I've noticed something that we will be loosing and that I am quite anxious about our need to replace with the departure of Stewie, Mo, and possibly Morgan. That is their collective instantaneous, lighting quick, powerful, and pinpoint assist passing. Without a whole lot of fanfare, their crisp passing has been an integral part of our success this year. In my mind, this is also a great unknown, because when the big 3 leave, they'll likely be taking their passing with them."

UConn leads 51-47 end of 3rd quarter. Played much better in 3rd quarter once they went to the Zone.

Team does have 15 assists on the 20 made baskets. Not bad for a young team. If they can get some offensive rebounds in the 4th qtr and keep Shakayla Thomas under control, might just win this game.

Not sure about everyone else, but I feel a sense of game 'excitement' rather than nerves or tension. The latter was something I felt a lot before when we were always favored by a ton. It wears on you!!
