This is not even close to true. His plain offensive rating is pretty good, but you have to adjust that by usage (and it's adjusted on a curve, not linearly). Every analytic I look at (OBPR, OBPM, PORPAGATU, on/off net rtg, win shares/40, RAPM) has Locke as the 4th or so best player on his team last year and substantially behind Bouk.The advanced offensive analytics on Locke are phenomenal. They’re better than Bouknight’s. Now I think Bouk is a better player but the numbers are there.
