LOL at England, they had 70% of the possession and a couple dozen scoring opportunities.
Brexit 2.0Tough few days for England, exiting Euros twice in one week
UK's loss of AAA rating for England's trifecta. For football alone, maybe Wales can help the UK rebound a bitBrexit 2.0
England is now going berserk trying to figure out who will manage the national team with WC qualifying coming up.
Germany vs. Italy is going to be intense. At this point I'd give Belgium the best shot at getting to the final. They look very solid. Those young guys are finally learning to play together.
Mu money is always on Dar Germans
Gutted for Poland.
Portugal made it to the semis basically without winning a game. Nice job UEFA.
The question is which of the underdogs in this tournament (Iceland, Hungary, Wales, Poland, etc.) can qualify and make noise in the WC. Only Poland and maybe Wales probably have that ability.I'm calling it....Iceland-Wales final....it's going to be epic! It'd be only fitting in a year where Leicester City wins the Premier League that two super underdogs fight for the Euro title.
To both Iceland and Wales defense, they have won their games both leading up to the tournament and in the tournament solidly. Unlike Portugal who has yet to win a game in the Euros in the 90 minutes of regulation....Hope that losing Davies and Ramsey won't hurt them too much in the semis.
Yeah when you look at the groups for qualifying Wales really only has Austria and Ireland as the main competition, maybe Serbia. Poland has it even easier with only Romania as any type of competition. Iceland will have the toughest road with Turkey, Croatia, and Ukraine in their group. That's rough....The question is which of the underdogs in this tournament (Iceland, Hungary, Wales, Poland, etc.) can qualify and make noise in the WC. Only Poland and maybe Wales probably have that ability.
