Got to believe that when comparing Dan Hurley vs McDermott, Woodson and Self that Dan Hurley stands out as far as player development and making sure that the right players are in the correct position to ensure harmony and the best chance for success.
Self has deteriorated to taking the highest scorers and throwing them together, McDermott has had some decent big men but not sure any of them have developed like Sanogo and DC and as far as Woodson is concerned, I have no idea what his gig is at IU but it has been less than good.

I feel like this one is one of the worst I've seen. "Sources say his final three schools are in good shape. School A and B might lead but School C could also lead. It's very fluid."
