A lot of the staff is out on the AAU circuit recruiting. Kimani hosting?

Well well well

At flemings steakhouse for a birthday dinner and who is at the table next to us.

Dan Hurley, Andre Jackson, Jordan Hawkins, Tristen Newton and family. That was a pleasant surprise
Well......what did they say? If I was out with my family I would be ignoring them and listening to that table next to me. Priorities.

.-.
I would have sent a very nice bottle of wine over to pair perfectly with the steaks. Gotta grease the wheels ;)
skids. pull the sled!
I wanna know what cut they ordered. Quality and Quantity, I'll bet.

This would be huge for the program and could change the trajectory of our season next year. I hope we close the deal.

Great visit. ;)
Well, that’s all we needed to know!

Boatright had that burst that Jim talks about that a PG should ideally have, but I get the point he may not have been the most creative passer. His mom and uncle told Chief that his sister ran track at the University of Arkansas, so the speed burst was a family thing.
So Hasheem didn’t go there?

I wonder if he likes pizza? That would seal the deal

So 2 questions …
1. Who do we compare him to?
2. Upside potential could be similar to ?

Is he like a Sterling Gibbs with upside potential of poor man’s Jalen Adams?

I haven’t watched much film, curious to know your take ..
1) There's not a ton of 6'5" point guards. Closest UConn comp... Tate George maybe? Probably one level worse athlete. Both 6'5" and they make similar two hand overhand passes over the defense.
2) Upside is Tyrese Haliburton, but he'd have to seriously up his shooting. I think he definitely has NBA potential (he has the size and the vision), but consistent shooting (FT is great, just 3pt) is what is needed. And to show what he can do with more talented players around him. To clarify, he's not a non-shooter, but to use your example he's more of a Jalen Adams' level shooter right now. Actually his junior year stats were pretty similar to Jalen Adams', except he finished a bit better in the paint and drew a lot of fouls instead of no fouls (but a little higher turnover rate). They don't really play alike though.
