Sadly I think you are right. If we are 12-20 next year I think Ollie needs to be shown the door. This program is still salvageable but won't be forever.

While I'm completely unhappy right now, what if they bring in Harris, Diarra, and Juiston?

Major difference in my eyes. It's one thing for Oz to talk about potential transfers to his heart's content, but revealing that a kid was asked to leave rather than left on his own volition and then following it by disparaging him in another tweet is definitely not the right thing to do. It doesn't appear Durham has done anything to warrant that kind of treatment and if KO wants to clarify the situation he should step up himself and discuss Durham's reasons for leaving, rather than potentially feeding it to a third party, unsanctioned mouthpiece.

Just a couple days ago, he said 'not to worry...there are no more transfers!". So why should we buy everything he's saying?

We don't know what's his opinion and what's fact. And taking any kind of pot shots at players/coaches on the way out is low at best. Detrimental to the program at worst. Bad optics.

It sounds like BS unless we see some high-level commits from the transfer/JUCO/HS ranks soon. The only way I believe this was KO's decision is if dominos start falling quickly.

If he wasn't working hard enough, it would explain why he got so few minutes when the team was desperate for any big to step up.

That's a good reason for a coach to advise a player to leave. But, I'm not sure you want to advertise that you are doing that.

Regardless, I hope they can recruit some players, or we'll be in for another down year.

Losing MAL really hurts right now, relying on Larrier to play the stretch 4 would be much easier if we had 4 guards to support the 3 guard lineup.
