Any chance he’s a bill Murray fan? Would be a dream come true for me to golf with that guy. If only we had a connection….

How else would you read it? Literally calling what recruiting guys do for a living "malpractice". Buddy, it's college basketball recruiting not brain surgery, it's all about clicks and he's no different.
“I don’t know how guys on some of the other sites put in a prediction months out from a commitment. It should be considered malpractice, honestly. There are so many variables and recruiting is never a straight line.”

This is calling out people who make early predictions months in advance. Before the kid even goes on official visit. Trilly is not doing the same thing, as you claimed.

And this isn’t trilly’s job, either.

UConn has it. Trilly is backtracking like I said he was going to do after the vague post. No real insider on Twitter knows 100% yet. But the tea leaves all point to UConn. I don’t have inside info but my intuition tells me UConn fans will be very pleased. Just a hunch.

Oh, so the guy whose job isn't making recruiting predictions, is setting the ground rules for guys whose jobs are to make recruiting predictions? As if the entire thing isn't just patently ridiculous and shouldn't be taken for anything but purely entertainment?

Guy needs to take a deep breath and realize he was wrong and it's also not that serious.

If he doesn’t go to Duke that photo shoot is one hell of a troll job by this kid.

I find it hard to believe he’s sitting with those Duke trophies and as he’s doing the shoot he doesn’t already pretty much know where he’s going at that point.

I think he’s def going to Duke considering he grew up a fan and there are Duke fans in his family (side note - these supposed pockets of Duke fans in Maine is so bizarre to me).

But damn, if he’s sitting with those trophies and in his mind he’s thinking about the phone call to Hurley that he’s coming to UConn that would just be the greatest thing ever. Build a statue for the kid at Gampel just for that alone.

It’s just waaaaaay too perfect for Flagg to pick us over Duke.

Every kid takes pics with trophies (if available) when on a visit these days.
