Completely agree. They MUST end the DJ act for the Michigan game. We have to put our best foot forward for that game: sellout, everyone in their seats before kickoff and until the end of the game, noise on all defensive downs, no social hour club standing and mulling around paying no attention to the game, and no stupid gimmicks like the DJ telling the Rent to get loud. Very minor league. Use the band more...we have a great band. Why not teach them how to play Welcome to the Jungle?? More college feel and the Rent's Pavlov dogs who aren't paying attention to the game at all will know when to stand and make noise!!

4th quarter - SANDSTORM blows the roof off Club Rent!

Went to that game, hard to believe it even happened. Watched their running back run thru us like butter. Chan Gailey and crew were understandably shocked at the conditions. But that started things in the right direction till this coaching detour. If PP stays GDL has to be relieved of all his duties and made the TE coach. Maybe a good position coach. Come on PP make the switch so we can all have a Happy Holiday, being politically correct.

This is awfully ambitious. Everybody knows that our student section is the worst in the country and 2/3 of them will be long gone at halftime. Tailgating and making plans for Saturday night is more important to our students than the game. The sing-a-long needs to be when our students are actually inside the stadium...mid-second quarter.

I don't know Iowa state was pretty horrified. They were convinced their mascot was pushed down the stairs

I went to the UM-Illinois game this year. Cold, and rained all day. Blow out, UM wins 45-0. 90,000 people in the stands at the end.

If we move the game to the Meadowlands we can get the NY exposure for Uconn and give our esteemed DJ a much deserved sabbatical. This is called killing two birds with one stone.

I went to ND@Michigan about ten years ago and the crowd was very tame. We don't need to ditch the DJ to impress them, we need to ditch the DJ because it was an awful idea. The game against Cincinnati was the first where I could really hear it clearly on TV and I cringed every time. Truly, truly awful. It can't be overstated.

I'm down with the DJ. If we just put a ducking competitive team on the field no one would be blaming the DJ. If we ever get an ACC or B1G invite, it will be because we won some freakin games. Cut the DJ some slack.

If the fans got their asses in the seats before kickoff and packed the stadium, with or without the dj, the house would rock.

You guys are misdirecting blame here.
