Director of Men's Basketball Strength and Conditioning Job Listing

Short stint with us. That stinks. Better paying gig or issue at school?
Six months from his hire date, these things happen. I think we will find a very good replacement. I wish Carlos well.

I find this disturbing. Very. Disturbing.
Everything we knew said he was the man for the job, and an integral part of the rebirth we have al been counting on.
No announcement of his departure here, just of his new position from a Nuggy source.
Was he shown the door for some as yet unknown transgression?
Or did he flee the scene in the middle of the night?
If the latter, was he running from, or running toward?
Disturbing.

Who knows. There could be a plausible, non nefarious explanation. He is a local guy. Maybe there is some reason he needed to head home.

No way the Nuggets asst. position is better than the head for UConn MBB. Something had to of happened

He got offered a job likely paying a lot more money. Thats it...

He's the strength and conditioning coach.

Who cares? They're a dime a dozen.

We'll get another one.

I mean we had a recruit "pushed over the edge" to commit specifically because of him. Hopefully we make a good replacement hire, but it's clear he was at least some small factor in our recent recruiting success (and certainly strategy). It's disappointing to not be able to build on that success.
