Are you saying that Geno's underwear is as scary as some of Kim's outfits. TMI!I don't buy it. Geno would have taken off his pants and shown them his underwear if he thought it would win the game for the Huskies.
Agree. The Huskies sure showed everything they had in the Stanford game.I don't buy it. Geno would have taken off his pants and shown them his underwear if he thought it would win the game for the Huskies.
I agree Nan.........Geno wanted this game as bad as anyone. We didn't win it , but lets give Baylor credit. They (Sims and Griner) made the shots when it counted and we didn't . But i think the next time we meet will be a different outcome.I don't buy it. Geno would have taken off his pants and shown them his underwear if he thought it would win the game for the Huskies.
The secret weapon...Are you saying that Geno's underwear is as scary as some of Kim's outfits. TMI!
Edit: Not that I give it all that much thought.
As long as it's not this...I'm guessing Geno is more of a briefs guy. Maybe boxer briefs, but I'm guessing against boxers.

This thread is getting wierd. That would be a nice package..... to put under the tree...

He has, and not just because of injuries. However, why not give the starters another chance to play better?I don't think I've ever seen him start a different team than the first half, maybe I'm wrong.
Wrong!
We didn't show them BB!
And, unfortunately, we didn't show them that we were able to make 2nd half adjustments. For example, by the end of the 1st half it was clear that the starting 5 was ineffective. That all changed when KML and HB entered the game.
A reasonable 2nd half admustment, IMHO, would have been to open the 2nd half with the same five players that gave us the 6 point half-time lead.
Peace,
John Fryer
He has.

It may be that the team practiced the play all year long but didn't use it much until the finals because they weren't very good at it during the regular season. I say that if Geno had a weapon he was sure would help win the game last night, he would have used it. I agree that he may have some weapons that he's still tinkering with but that aren't ready for prime time yet that we may see later in the year.Remember the 2000 NC game, when we back-doored Tennessee into submission? After the game, someone put a microphone in Svetlana Abrosimova's face and she said: "Now I understand why coach made us practice plays all year that we never used in games."
Geno has a long history of not showing everything during the season.

For an April game, maybe. In December, not necessarily, in my view.I don't buy it. Geno would have taken off his pants and shown them his underwear if he thought it would win the game for the Huskies.
