That Duke/UConn matchup might need changing as well. Too risky, even if the game is in NC.The refs are really going to have to step it up.
That means no bones are broken. Ligaments don’t show up on an X-ray. Ultrasound yes to some degree and he wouldn’t have had a CAT scan or MRI that quickly.X rays were negative, they'll reassess tomorrow after seeing how bad the swelling is.

for normal patients. for Flagg less likely.X-rays are a prereq. in order to get an MRI for insurance purposes.
But a wheelchair…..seriously, the only program in America that would put the kid in a wheelchair. So aproposI think he's fine - no boot, no ice.
lol….,you think insurance is an issue here???X-rays are a prereq. in order to get an MRI for insurance purposes.
Of course not.lol….,you think insurance is an issue here???
Impact of Flag's injury reminds me of Kenyon Martin's injury in 2000 on terms of changing championship picture.Looked like a low ankle sprain but he came down with all his weight on it from above the rim. Would have to think at least a couple weeks
Anti-inflammatories can be injected at the site of the injury. Plus they can use that spray freeze as well. Probably will be elevating it in a boot later today.

That’s kind of standard in some of the larger arenas, to be honest.
The medical room or wherever is way inside the building somewhere so it doesn’t make sense for an injured player to walk. Some actually just use golf carts.
One of my bucket lists jobs is to drive the golf cart which picks up injured players and carts them off the field/court of play.
