Didn't see much of the game but what I did see was frantic and a little sloppy. If we hit a few 3's we're right in it against Zona or FSU. Let's get at least 1 of those 2.

FSU up +16, then down and back up. UConn will have to disrupt their guards, defend Mann, and box out for rebounds against their big boys.

FSU is 274th in the nation with a 0.85 A/TO ratio so UConn will have to put the defensive pressure to 100% and pressure their guards to force turnovers aplenty. The big guys can't hurt us on offense if their halfcourt game can't develop. Grind the heck out of FSU!

They also seem to have conditioning issues. They have looked much better in first halves than seconds. We can wear them out with the press and run and off the ball movement in the half court.

What’s really weird about that game is that the line is only -8/9. They’re playing friggin Georgia Southern at home. The “Experts” are not buying Arizona this year early.

We need to be rooting for a big UCF win. Our conference needs as many wins against “P5” opponents as possible and thus far we are losing the battle.

We should beat Zona, a loss would be pretty disappointing.

Pookie can play and GS is not garbage. Zona only +10. Slice it to around +6.5 on a neutral. If Zona looks forward to the game Sunday in a heated packed venue with a 4 time champ they will lose.

The guys on the pac 12 network says Georgia southern has high FG% in country so let’s hope Zona doesn’t lose to this team

Also Zona only +1 in rebounding against opponents so maybe rebounding won’t be as much of an issue. Jeter is stud.
 
Zona struggling against zone. Not rebounding too well. Not looking awful either.
 
First time really watching Zona this year. Our guards look a lot better and our bigs may match up well against theirs.

Their uniforms look sharp tho.
 
This is the least talented zona team since 2009, The early entries and cheating scandal really killed their recruiting class and team, even though they should rebound next year with another top class. We are better and should win.
