Heard from several alumni that the push behind the scenes was for Luke Murray, so I was really happy to see this announcement come across today.

Buzz is a testament to just being a good guy. One Sweet 16 in the last 12 seasons despite having some pretty good jobs, but everyone likes him, so he keeps upgrading.

Good question. I know that the High Point president Nido Qubein has one of the highest salaries for a college president at over $4 million a year.

High Point has one of the nicest student unions that I have ever seen as well. A relative of mine attended the school and the student union and pool is very impressive.

I imagine that for those with aspirations to rise higher than head coach at High Point, the objective would be what the next head coaching gig pays.
