Goodness. That is amazing. I think Portland should just ditch Ayton. A Clingan and Rob Williams tandem is stellar defensive anchors. Now, just got to fix the 1,2,3 positions.

I hate watching Scott and Anfrenee Simmons and Jermani grant play. They strike me as bad team 20-point scorers.

Their 2-3 is solid with Sharpe back. Him and Camara are pretty good at the 2-3 and they have Avdija, Murray and Banton off the bench. Though Avdija does swing to the four at times. They also have Thybulle back at some point.

Grant isn't horrible but he's a bit of a blackhole on offense. Avdija is a solid backup.

Scoot is young, so I think he deserves a bit of a break. Simmons though, he's trash. A vet backup PG would do them wonders, if they could get one for Simmons/Ayton.

The only issue with Williams III is how often injured he is.

If they want to be good they need to trade Simmons/Ayton for vet bench PG and center. Not sure who would make sense there in terms of contract. They can live with Grant and Scoot I think.

I think Scoot and DC have a thing. If Clingan can get him going it would be huge for the Blazers. He's looked good the last few games.

Scoot is very young, but I just see a volume scorer there. We’ll see how much he develops.
