Worth noting with regard to this kid that Coach has said recently that he wishes he had an entire squad of kids from Europe. In that context, and given her evident talents, seems kind of unusual that no one seems to have an answer for JDUB's question above. I sure don't .

Attenzione, Coach! Zandalasini ranked #4 or so? What's not to like?? Fascini, Geno, fascini!

If Geno doesn't want her than maybe another Italian American coach who is part of USA basketball should try to get her. Jen Rizzotti should try to get a game changer. U of H is on the east coast and Rizzotti has the coaching resume if not the school name to at least try. European player are not usually as ingrained by the the sports lore of these schools. Look at where many European end up. Does she have anything to lose?
