We will see. Can come back and will come back are separate conversations.
I'm just happy she is healthy and considering playing.

If she wants to still make a serious go as a pro, she would do well to come back and play a full healthy season next year.

All fine with me, great lady and a real Swiss army knife of a player!

I would love her to play but I would be shocked if she does. Her condition seems serious based on the level of contact that gave her problems last season. I am perfectly happy with her being just an observer if it gives her the best shot of a healthy life.

As much as I want her to be able to play again, I just don't see it happening successfully. She is/was my favorite player, but the fear of being hit in the head again would be such an enormous hurdle to overcome. Every time I think about the possibility of her playing again, I recall pictures of her in my mind bent over in pain, time and time again. I just want her to be able to live a long, happy and healthy life.

There’s not much that would make me happier than seeing Caroline fully healthy again! Ideally, of course, we would love to see her on the court again. However, the main thing is that she can have a healthy, happy, and satisfying life! I wish her all the best.

I am going to post my theory again. The goal with Caroline is to have her ready to play a couple of minutes on senior night.
Bookmark this one and when the season is over, I may share my thoughts. Maybe. ;)

Am I right in thinking she has only one year left since she came after the Covid season? If so, there’s no point for her not to play this season however briefly.

She could redshirt and apply for a medical year and it would 99% be granted.

Yes, she's a redshirt Junior this season, with, so far, no playing time. She definitely has next season no matter what she does this season.
And I am guessing that she could graduate in the spring.

What I’m wondering is whether she’s covered by the old policy, 5 years to complete 4 years of eligibility, or is that incorrect?
