Honestly, mixed feelings. Caroline's been my favorite player since her arrival, for a variety of reasons, but I'm concerned about her future.
Did not know this. Great news !
I am going to post my theory again. The goal with Caroline is to have her ready to play a couple of minutes on senior night.
But she's a Redshirt Junior, so she can come back next year. Right?I am going to post my theory again. The goal with Caroline is to have her ready to play a couple of minutes on senior night.
We will see. Can come back and will come back are separate conversations. But she's a Redshirt Junior, so she can come back next year. Right?
True.We will see. Can come back and will come back are separate conversations.
I'm just happy she is healthy and considering playing. We will see. Can come back and will come back are separate conversations.
Bookmark this one and when the season is over, I may share my thoughts. Maybe.I am going to post my theory again. The goal with Caroline is to have her ready to play a couple of minutes on senior night.

She could redshirt and apply for a medical year and it would 99% be granted.Am I right in thinking she has only one year left since she came after the Covid season? If so, there’s no point for her not to play this season however briefly.
Yes, she's a redshirt Junior this season, with, so far, no playing time. She definitely has next season no matter what she does this season.Am I right in thinking she has only one year left since she came after the Covid season? What I’m wondering is whether she’s covered by the old policy, 5 years to complete 4 years of eligibility, or is that incorrect?Yes, she's a redshirt Junior this season, with, so far, no playing time. She definitely has next season no matter what she does this season.
And I am guessing that she could graduate in the spring.
She took a redshirt in 2023-2024 and whether or not she plays this year she only has one year left. That would be the 5 to play 4. The Covid year (2020-2021) players like Aubrey have 6 to play 5.What I’m wondering is whether she’s covered by the old policy, 5 years to complete 4 years of eligibility, or is that incorrect?
I know it’s a stretch because she’s been out so long, but if she played like she did her freshman year when Paige got hurt, then she helps this team enormously.I hope this means something, if not today, in the near future. That kid deserves some good news. We are all pulling for her.
Didn’t Jamie Carey have a couple years extra due to transfer and concussions? If anyone knows anything about medical redshirts and transfers, it would be Zaay Green at Alabama Crimson Tide. She’s been through a rash of injuries and transfers through her career. Began the 2018-19 season at Tennessee.
