Or…..El AminYeah a big physical guard. Keep Malachi off the court when the opponent goes full court press. Not a fan of small guards unless your name is Iverson.

And his 3 in transition where he had the open lane and made the shot. He just needs to be confident in his decision making. Last year he would have stood there deciding and let the defense get backThe dunk was the most exciting thing to me. He recognized it really fast and closed on the basket really fast. Blew by guys. Reminded me a bit of Ajax
Keita went down when UConn already up 11. UConn down a starter also.Yeah but they were without 2 starters.
Then he'll be a perfect fit for the NBA next year, where none of these things are called. The length of his step away and elevation to achieve clean look opportunities make him pretty much unstoppable, an improved version of Kevin Durant eventuallyPushes off a lot too.
Chance to legit move to 2 or 1.Top 10 win. Let’s enjoy it.
Im a little surprised there hasn't been more about Ross. He's really coming along. Helped us big time. He could be big this year

Granted they missed an even more obvious travel on ReedDybansta’s post move on AK was clearly a travel he used 2 different pivot feet
Exactly. By definition they played better without him.Posters bringing up Keita being out to knock our guys performance like UConn hadn't already wrestled complete control of the game when he got his clock cleaned.
And? Do you actually think it’s about raw foul count?Fouls:
BYU - 22
UConn - 21
And hockey beating Northeasterm in OT we're down 3-0 btwIt was a good day for UConn nation with both the football and basketball teams winning today
I just think coaches are reluctant to risk the challenge especially when it is tight game and you might need it laterSo why didn’t Hurley challenge that call? He should have.

Yeah definitely feels like a guy that hasn’t been discussed enough on this board.Im a little surprised there hasn't been more about Ross. He's really coming along. Helped us big time. He could be big this year

what’s about people who just love to complain? No, I think it's mostly about people who just love to complain.
Yes we have the horses now we need the wolves. Smell blood and destroy. Killer instinct needs to mature. Wait until conference play. This seems to be the only piece we may need.We have a tendency to slow down the offense with a double digit lead. Need to break that habit as it seems to get everyone out of rhythm
How many games in are we? Let's give these 3 a dozen games and revisit this. The starting 5 of AK, Tarris, SD, Solo and Mullens has to be the most firepower in college. The first half defense has nice and I think where we can get to with this group. We found out tonight that Silas is a championship PG. By far the most important result other than the win.
It's hard to describe our three year players. There's not a complete player among them, and that is frustrating. You just hope Solo puts it all together, Ross continues to improve and flash, and JStew I'm not sure about...I'm not sure if we are going to get any more than what he's shown at this point.
Purdue also had a top 10 win this week so we don’t jump them and dropping Houston 2 spots I don’t see happeningChance to legit move to 2 or 1.
I thought it was too then I saw the replay and it definitely was notNo it wasn’t. Clean step-through
Agree as to allMalachi was disappointing this game, a lot of boneheaded mistakes. We shrunk the squad down to 8 for this game. No Millender or Koroma.
Solo needs to play better, IMO, it's early but he has been disappointing so far this season.
I wouldn't be surprised if Ross starts over Stewart from here on out until Mullins is back. Ross outplayed him.
Karaban and Reed were great.
Silas was a DOG. Huge shots late in the game. That little step back with like 90 seconds left was a thing of beauty.
Plus who cares about AP nonsense these days. As mentioned, this was a neutral site quad 1 win. That’s what matters the most about this game. That, and hopefully Tarris’s knee is okay.Purdue also had a top 10 win this week so we don’t jump them and dropping Houston 2 spots I don’t see happening
