Somehow there are a few here who still think this comes down to DB thinking about whether he believes BD is good enough to come back. This decision is 100% based on the cost of the buyout. He has more than proven he needs to be fired, but the financial end of it is the sole but enormous hurdle in the way of DB pulling the trigger on that.

If he's smart, and that's now questionable, he declines post game press conference. Please no crazy, positive spin comments. Just a "No comment" will work at this point.

.-.
He finally loss the team; like many of us they don't believe the dude anymore - He's gone and we need to examine why we increased his buyout after a 6-7 season.

Diaco is easily the worst D1 coach in the country, this is not hyperbole. I've never seen someone so over their head in this job. Every second he is not fired takes us further in the hole and makes us a bigger laughingstock.

Benedict is on the clock.
Tic toc, tic toc.

So HCBD is gone.

Does anyone have any faith we will pick a solid coach to replace him? Our track record does not inspire confidence.

.-.
If he's not gone by noon Monday, my season ticket dollars and all other donations will go towards some sort of UCONN scholarship fund. Enough is enough.
I actually think this is great. Still supporting the school, and when they call you about tickets you have a great answer. You gave your money to a respectable cause, not a sad football program.

I've been in a catatonic state since we only got one play off in 17 seconds in the Navy game. I'm building a civil suit against BD. He must pay for his crimes.

rhat was the moment my family contacted DCF. Can I use you as a character witness?

Why not e-mail Suzy to get rid of Larry McHugh.

Suzy likes her weak board. Look at the members, 5 politicians, 2 students, 2 former BB players and a couple of lawyers. Two insurance exec below the CEO level, an Indian chief and a single member from the Fairfield County investment community. The chair is the head of the Middlesex County Chamber, think about that for a minute. This is the best a top 20 public U could do? One of the problems UConn has always had is that there has not been enough emphasis placed on getting a strong board that leveraged the senior corporate talent available in the state, especially in Fairfield County.

He knows exactly what to fix, but didn't feel like it today I guess.

and a vet? How often did we hear conference affiliation is the responsibility of the university Presidents?
