Nice win for Butler!
Am I watching....a really good basketball game.....involving the Butler Bulldogs???
Butler was up 10 with 12 minutes left, blew the lead to go down 6 with 5 minutes left, came back and hit a go-ahead 3 with 30 seconds left, then gave up a layup with 4 seconds left
Onto OT!
It shouldn't be that weird, they're not exactly DePaul. They've been pretty damn good before the last few seasons.Am I watching....a really good basketball game.....involving the Butler Bulldogs???

Wish Lukosius stayed at Butler. Think they could be a top 25 team with him
Creighton looks like they're picking up where they left off at Colo St. -- not hitting their shots again.
EDIT: I may have spoken too soon.
Had to be either Shumway or Paul Tudor JonesLeitao got on the wrong side of a big Virginia booster. I can't remember his name but I believe he was a big hedge fund manager. All it took was a single bad season to get canned.

Marquette should win but it's hard to call any game between 2 top 20 teams a lockLove the 2-0 start on night one...especially since only Marquette looks like a lock in the other 9 matchups.
November 30 Texas Tech at Butler
November 30 Creighton at Oklahoma State
December 1 Iowa State at DePaul
December 1 Houston at Xavier
December 1 Connecticut at Kansas
December 1 St John’s at West Virginia
December 2 TCU at Georgetown
December 5 Texas at Marquette
December 5 Providence at Oklahoma
December 5 Villanova at Kansas State
December 5 Seton Hall at Baylor
You're right...fair enough.Marquette should win but it's hard to call any game between 2 top 20 teams a lock

We are hoping UConn can do what Marquette did to Kansas. However, Kansas in a pumped up Allen Field House is different than playing them in Hawaii on a neutral court. Plus, Marquette plays that pressure scrambling D that emphasizes overplaying the passing lanes. It forces steals and deflections and it drove Kansas nuts. UConn's D is good, but they don't play that style on D.AH! Don't jinx it!
This could be a rough night in the BE/B12 challenge. Really need the win against Kansas to keep it competitive/pull out the overall win.
Holy cripes. If the Big East gets 4 more wins I'll be pleasantly surprisedMarquette should win but it's hard to call any game between 2 top 20 teams a lock

They spent all their money on NILThe Johnies and WVa game is a real groaner so far. Neither team can buy a basket.
You’ve become my favorite poster. Love your workYou generally want to wait until the first media timeout.
They've also won more national Championships than Cincinnati has won tournament games in the last 7 seasons.one of the two supposed elite programs in the big east is the 6th best college basketball team in philadelphia.

If you're 6-0 but all of your games happen on the Ocho, did they really happen?one of the two supposed elite programs in the big east is the 6th best college basketball team in philadelphia.
