#23 at #19 and #23 is an 11.5 point underdog. I guess the betting community doesn't believe in the Bluejays.Really good slate of games in college basketball tonight capped off with Creighton at the Zags. Michigan v. Wake in a little while, Kentucky v. Louisville, Illinois v. Texas Tech.
7 mins left, Villanova up to 21 made triples!!!Butler and Villanova both make 13 3 pt shots in the first half of their games tonight.
The rare non-medical redshirt
Oh my. Buffalo is HORRIBLE recently. They better make a run.Depaul getting run by Buffalo at home doesn't bode well. That guy just doesn't seem to be able to move the needle much there.
Wake may or may not hold on, but UM looking a bit to be the fraud I thought they might. Felt over-ranked to me.
Like Mela - but what are we really learning against tomato cans? In their one P5 contest, they lost to Va Tech at home. Wake me up when the BE actually beats some real teams.CFJ tied for his second career high in points today with 20
Mela had 18 points and 12 assists. If he can shoot, I think he’ll be a really solid player. He was a horrible shooter last year
Well we are learning that DePaul cannot beat Tomato cans….Like Mela - but what are we really learning against tomato cans? In their one P5 contest, they lost to Va Tech at home. Wake me up when the BE actually beats some real teams.
DePaul currently with 21 points at the 16 minute mark at home vs mighty Buffalo. It's starting to get comical.
The Big East was good out of conference the past two seasons, it sure didn't help them with getting teams in the tournament and seeding. The BE is again unimpressive. A conversation needs to be had at some point.
Just Georgetown over Maryland I think.Does the BE have a win against a p4 yet?
They weren’t though. Unless I’m remembering wrong. The league continues to struggle as a whole in the OOC. Half of the league can’t continue to be miserable. While no one in the top half outside of UConn can reel off big time wins. The last non UConn team that had a truly impressive OOC was Marquette from a couple seasons ago. SJ turned it on in conference. The Big East was good out of conference the past two seasons, it sure didn't help them with getting teams in the tournament and seeding.

Big East played the Big 10 straight up the past few years and the Big 12 has a few game lead on the Big East in their challenge the past few years. They weren’t though. Unless I’m remembering wrong. Touchè. I’ll concede that. But to play devils advocate Kansas wasn’t actually good. And yes Marquette a couple seasons ago pulled their weight.Big East played the Big 10 straight up the past few years and the Big 12 has a few game lead on the Big East in their challenge the past few years.
You're wrong about nobody else in the top half of the Big East reeling off big time wins. Both Creighton and Marquette beat Purdue last season. Creighton beat #1 Kansas last season. Marquette beat #1 Kansas the year before.
Relative. If we are counting on Seton Hall and Butler to keep the conference strong, we are in trouble. Neither are any good, maybe not bad as they were thought to be which was bottom 3-4.The Big East will get some wins this year OOC. I think Georgetown, Seton Hall, and Butler will be pleasant surprises.
DePaul (again) and Xavier stink.
Are you serious? The Big East will get some wins this year OOC. I think Georgetown, Seton Hall, and Butler will be pleasant surprises.

Who is the third team?3 bid league
The entire Bama game is on Youtube. Would like to hear others comments on it. I think St John's guard play was very much lacking against Bama and I think our guards and depth will also be a big problem for them. The speed of our guards would be a good weapon against them. Run their bigs into the ground. We need to toughen up on rebounding and would need to use Karoma more against a team like St John's. Reibe will especially need to toughen up. Big East is still the Big East and very physical. SJ are very strong on the boards. I think the game is worth watching and especially the performance in MSG vs their home bandbox. Last thought is the reminder by an announcer I heard that SJ with Pitino will definitely get better as they get closer to the end of the season. That's for sure.Guess SJU’s D isn’t as good this year
Yeah it’s possible but I think Gtown is good enough and maybe someone like Butler can sneak inWorried this is a 2-bid league.
