They’re not this bad. They did beat Nova by 20. It’s impossible to judge wins and losses this way.

It doesn't reflect on anything. The Big East is a war and we still have eight wars left (not counting DePaul and @Georgetown.

Seton Hall winning tonight puts the league in prime position to get 7 bids. This will be their 14th win. They need four to five more to get into the field. Creighton (on 13 wins) has a four game stretch of teams in the bottom four. Legitimate chance for them to get to 17-8. They need 19-20 wins to get in. Very doable if they win the next four.

DePaul, Creighton, Butler can and will be fights on any given night, to any upper echelon team in this conference. It doesn’t excuse the loss. But if you’re going to do this everytime Creighton plays, you’re going to drive yourself insane

But my overarching point is that there is nothing significant to take from it. On any given night, you can get you ish pushed it by just about anybody in this conference. Trying to extrapolate too much from one game is fruitless
