I don't know. I know Georgetown has been bad, but outside of Donald Carey and Kaiden Rice, Ewing's major contributors are freshmen and sophomores. Smartly, Ewing has played Mutombo more, who's reached his career high in minutes in three of the last four Georgetown games.

Assuming Aminu Mohammed leaves after one year and Donald Carey doesn't take an extra covid year, Anglin drops right into one of those guard spots to get a lot of PT right away.

There's a reason the usual suspects distracted the board the last several days with the old tired XL vs Gampel debate. Nearly back to back losses at home to St John's and Creighton, the 7th and 8th best teams in the league. Not good.

They’re not this bad. They did beat Nova by 20. It’s impossible to judge wins and losses this way.

I don’t care if Creighton is missing shots and the Hall is playing out of their heads, if this game continues as is, it does not reflect well on UConn. But maybe McDermott has some more tricks in that bag,,,,,

It doesn't reflect on anything. The Big East is a war and we still have eight wars left (not counting DePaul and @Georgetown.

Seton Hall winning tonight puts the league in prime position to get 7 bids. This will be their 14th win. They need four to five more to get into the field. Creighton (on 13 wins) has a four game stretch of teams in the bottom four. Legitimate chance for them to get to 17-8. They need 19-20 wins to get in. Very doable if they win the next four.
