If you’re coming up to CT on 95 or 15 from the south/southwest up to Gampel and then on to Boston it’s very doable. If not, sorry I misunderstood.

There's no "must get" pizza near UConn. The only good pizza near campus is either Pepe's in Manchester or Camille's in Tolland, which is right off I-84 on Rt. 195 on the way to campus.

Yeah that’s been my experience too. I’ve visited campus as an out of stater and there’s barely a pizza place around campus.

lol I remember thinking it was good the two times I went when I was a student. Went back a couple years ago and could barely eat any of it.
 
Lorenzo's in West Haven just opened Lorenzo's II in Guilford on Rt 80.

After 4 visits, the pies are rock solid quality.
 
Going to be travelinf theu NH returning to NJ from Mystic thios weekend, and would like to get apizza to go from Sallys. Pepe and Modern easy to order over telephone, but Sallys (last I checked) requires on-line (PC) order. Since I'll be driving in car - no PC.

How to do? Order a few days ahead of time?

I'm sure some of you have this down to a science.

Order on their website from your cell phone. Just a warning that there are long waits for pizza from Sally's. My son was in New Haven a couple months ago and ordered a pizza online from Sally's around 4:00 in the afternoon and they said it would be ready at 8:00. So plan ahead.

If anyone wants to invest in Sally's expansion, Forte Capital Group is doing a raise right now. 50K or 100K minimum.

It's not a private equity takeover, the fund gets a % commission. Sally's is in charge, but of course rapid mass expansion is always very risky depending on how aggressive the expansion is.

Sally's - It was good but not what I expected
Just went to Sally's in Jordan's Furniture at West Farms. Had the basic Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce Pie. Certainly not the best pizza I ever had and at $25 I doubt I'll go back.
