Better? Nonsense. As good. MaybeAn amazing stout. But, there are some better versions here in CT, when brewed.

"Beer expert! How come you are letting these halfwits talk about wallets when I am just here looking for beer reviews?"
I am sorry. I've been yelling at imbeciles on the basketball board.
A pine cone and an orange had sex and the baby was a beer. Blech.
I've actually had it on two other occasions. Was just surprised to see Alchemist stocked locally so I bought this and one of their other varieties.

There's a store in Stamford that sells these. Solid beer!First time in Poland. A crisp, pale lager. Clean and crisp is the profile. Doesn't packa flavor punch but it is easily drinkable watching a game or at a local pub.

I've always like Focal Banger better
there is so much effed up in this video. a vending machine. $18.25 for an ultra. 9.75 sales tax. It is a 25 ouncer though
I too drank this during UConn-Duke. It's a great red.
Assume you mean the Polish store across from Newfield Green? My go-to for importer Polish lagers. There's a store in Stamford that sells these. Solid beer!
@Dove is flat out wrong. No one, and I mean no one, in Connecticut makes even decent pastry stouts on a level close to Treehouse. BUT Fox Farm’s barrel aged stouts are absolutely on par (arguably better) with Treehouse’s BA offerings.Better? Nonsense. As good. Maybe
We're in Delaware til Wednesday. I think Im going to reach out to Zach to see if he'll let me pick up an order on way home. Will be through Mamaroneck before he opens.View attachment 119539
I think this is my last can. Need to scour the back of the beer fridge to see if I have another. @Fishy is right. It’s the best dry Irish stout I’ve had in years. Only 4.4%.
All winter they were low on IPS on the board. Just started to crank some out. The new 18% stout....oooooooo.Went back to Caius Farm in Branford for a 3rd try of their beers and they are all stellar. Probably have drank 10 beers from them at this point and they were among the best beers I ever had. I particularly appreciate that they can do all sorts of Non-IPAs well from Farm Ales to Porters to Stouts to Pilsners and Lagers. They do not seem to have much interest in Belgian Ales and they do focus on IPAs, but all around, you can get some tremendous beers. I'd put their Pilsners and Lagers up against Singlecut which makes some of the best I've ever had.
Caius is finally canning their beer.
