To be fair her photos are pretty standard trendy clothing. If you follow PB on Instagram she posts a lot of stories with the similar fashion/athlete/trendy styleWas just thinking the same thing. When you click on the Instagram link that @Stoli provided her other posted photos would seem to indicate that KK is quite the fashionista almost an aspiring model. No judgement intend just an unsolicited comment that LA is best fit if you have those kinds of aspirations especially in this new age of NIL.
I can't imagine going on an official visit dressed like that. Better keep CD off campus if Bransford comes to UCONN for a visit, official or not. To me, It's just a sign of poor judgment even though I know ripped jeans are in style now. If you were in a position to hire someone what kind of impression would a candidate dressed like that make? I know my response would be: Next?Wait this is an official visit?

She looks awful comfortable though.
She has such a quick shot! And, she is supposed to be a great defender too. Would be a great get if she is interestedLooks very Azzi like to me with some Paige Swag mixed in
Bransford was not at UCLA for a job interview. She was there because she’s being recruited. As such, the onus is on UCLA to sell Bransford. As for her attire, she’s a HS kid and I strongly suspect she was advised by the UCLA staff to dress comfortably. LA’s weather over the past month has hovered in the 90’s with a heat index over 100.I can't imagine going on an official visit dressed like that. If Cori Close thought it would help in signing Bransford, she was probably wearing them too. You'd be surprised at some of the stuff these coaches do now to sway these kids.I can't imagine going on an official visit dressed like that. It's been like that forever. Somewhere in the annals of the BY there is a story about what TN did or tired to do during Ann Strother's visit there. Makes for great reading. If Cori Close thought it would help in signing Bransford, she was probably wearing them too. You'd be surprised at some of the stuff these coaches do now to sway these kids.
Add the fact that the recruit in the middle had purple and yellow braids in her hair. That used to be verboten at UConn. As Dylan would say, “Oh the times they are a changin.”Look very closely at the former UCONN recruit in the far left of this picture on her official visit. View attachment 69442
I'm glad CD didn't say "next" to her because of the ripped jeans or that T-shirt she was wearing.
No. I'm old and think her clothes were fine. That’s because you’re old?
At what age do we start being “old”?No. I'm old and think her clothes were fine.
Score pleaseIn what was, how should I say it, a display of unwise basketball, the USA loses the lead down the stretch and lose the game.
Russia flopped all over the court but they played the rules better and wound up winning. USA still advances.
I think it's probably dependent on the type of job and the area. I'm in Silicon Valley, and its not odd for me to interview somebody coming in wearing shorts and flip flops. I don't really see it as a reflection of their performance, as most have grad degrees from top schools around the world and are multi-millionaires already (you pretty much have to be to afford a house here). It is also just normal attire for the area in general. However, I am aware that wouldn't fly elsewhere. But it's all pretty different depending on where you live. Ripped jeans are pretty normal for her age group and particularly in southern California (and most the US for that matter.)I can't imagine going on an official visit dressed like that. 20-17 Russia. I don't have the stats but I think the last 5 or 6 point Russia scored was from the foul line.Score please
Some context would be greatly appreciated here. Are we talking miracle on ice rematch? Early days of the cold war? Bobby Fischer vs Anatoly Karpov? Rambo III? The 1972 Men's Basketball Gold Medal game?Russia beats USA
Yeah but it's LA, the 'climate' is different there.I can't imagine going on an official visit dressed like that. Better keep CD off campus if Bransford comes to UCONN for a visit, official or not. Practicing for new 1 x 1 event.More details in the 3x3 thread.
Let's just say it was not our finest moment. The USA reverted to a one on one offense and committed too many fouls on defense. After 10 team fouls, your opponent gets 2 free throws on a common foul. Between our committing fouls and Russia flopping, Russia spent the last minute of the game on the foul line.
More our fault and Russia playing the rules(and the refs).
She should have. Why, the nerve of that girl. It probably hindered her from earning a spot on the team and becoming POY!Look very closely at the former UCONN recruit in the far left of this picture on her official visit. View attachment 69442
