We give ESPN tons of tax incentives. It helps that ESPN has hired pretty much every lobbyist in Hartford.

Oh, and we also gave ESPN $250MM to build Digital Center 2 (or is it 3?) which will be ESPN's new main studio for SportsCenter and most other east coast studio programming.

When it comes to ESPN, no good deed goes unpunished. Just ask Gary Bettman and the NHL.
Backstabbers. I dislike ESPN more every year. They have gotten so biasd with their reporting it almsot makes you sick watching them give the SEC a BJ every few minutes. I hope Fox can get it's crap together so this monopoly on CFB can end.

As I said long ago....exposure has a value.

UConn traded money for exposure with ESPN...not really a bad deal. The ACC did the same thing.

So...scream at ESPN while enjoying more exposure then most teams have.
