They seem to energize off pace and sloughing down alley oops. We have to make them grind off traditional shot making. Let Mara make his hooks, make them hit outside shots.I can see this UM team losing focus. Punch them early, not play from behind. Feels like if we go down 10, they're the kind of team that can run you quick.

I see no way to play Ball and Mullins together in this one. The 3 is going to have to be a lot of Ross/Stew & Mullins at the 2.

They were awful all over - Krivas was terrible. Lloyd had no plan on how to use their 7'2" guy to slow down Mara.

well, it'll be about as hard of a game as vs duke, and we shot like shit vs duke. with better health should stand a good chance.

the problem is containing their lob game while also dictating the pace to the half court. May is an excellent coach and should anticipate our counter. we did not employ the best strategy vs duke in the first half and fell behind bigly, can't afford to do that vs this team with so much firepower.

Michigan looks awesome and has been good all year. They also lost to Purdue not long ago. They’re not unstoppable.

If they shoot 50+% on 25-30 3s they’re not losing. But…if we did that we aren’t losing either.

Yeah, they're like 2024 UConn or 2018 Villanova. They can and should be favored.

Now, why May played Yaxel in that second half, I don't know. And there are definitely avenues for UConn (can Michigan shoot that well again?).

But winning this would be Hurley's Picasso.
