I wonder if him and Cam Thomas had a nice conversation during their first official visit?
He can handle, has vision, plays d, and rebounds. It's all about improving that shot.I hope that handle survived his growth spurt, because he had a real good one when he was 12, and we could definitely use a wing that can drive into traffic and lay it off.
But moving to the big east doesn't matter for recruiting.
PM me what game they played and the hand we played.Door #1 - Mission Accomplish.
I agree, the underrated part of Dre’s game is his passing ability.
Will the Cuse posse in NJ and NY learn a lesson about who to go to war against and bad mouth?
They chose the low road and that’s not our normal style but we can beat them like a drum in that game too.
Let’s go get a Big behind Door #2.
Revenge for six overtime loss is so sweet. They never would have won that if Dyson was healthy. Fate will not be denied.Gerry McNamara can stay there a while too. The staff running circles around him for Akok and Jackson.
For years people made the argument our recruiting woes had nothing to do with the AAC. Can't remember exactly who, but there were discussions about it.Who the hell said that?

LOL - My post got taken down and I got banned (probably deserved it) when I went there a couple days ago. Suffice to say it got real ugly and we won the street fight. Let’s just celebrate now but yeah if somebody wants to go there next time - we can bring it ....PM me what game they played and the hand we played.
I felt Richmond's recruitment had coaches telling him Hurley was done because of his back. Wondered if Cuse played that card.
If this kid can even become an average shooter, he is a Top 25 player.
We also had overall really good posters who used to claim the AAC is better than the Big East in basketball and Big East basketball will die. No biggie, we all say crazy stuff from time to time.Imagine being one of “those people” and having it shoved, every day, in you face, how incredibly stupid they were for thinking that?
My Germans bombed Pearl Harbor moment. Conflated time periods. Little Mac was gone and the Impossible burger Devendorf played in that game.Is 2014 the fates returning fire for that clearly infeiror 2009 team getting a home game and having Dyson hurt?

Does this answer your questions about Jackson @docsu ?

Why not? He couldn't be not madder about the whole thing.Don't let Not Mad Mike Aresco see this.
If that ever happens by that time football will probably be two hand touch and a thing parents tell their kids about how great it was. Looking 20 or so years down the road while the thing that makes your University tick is crumbling right before your eyes would've been insanity. UConn needs the Big East and the Big East needs UConn.I'm not confident in the BE conference in the long term, just given the college landscape and eventual pay for play scenarios coming down the pipe, among other things. But that could be 20 years out, and is merely speculative at this stage.
Short and intermediate term it's good for basketball. See latest exhibit in Jackson, Andre.
Happy to have him.
