With UConn back it’s only Cuse short of the old Big EastThe AAC was a huge detriment to recruiting the players UConn was accustomed to go after - no question about that at all
However, The NBE is not the OBE and in that mind set, with the P5 set-up, the NBE teams are not the #1 conference as the OBE enjoyed so there will be a step back in attracting the elite
Is it a step up from the AAC - hell yes
Pitt,WVA, and especially Cinncy, Louisville ,and USF were all outliers .
and Rutgers was Rutgers.
