2020 Recruiting: Andre Jackson OV

All things considered, I love to have great athletes, but I'd prefer those who can dribble and shoot, and who play with intensity.

We’d be lucky to land a top70 recruit, but especially a wing. Jackson is key to getting the 3 recruit class we hoped for. Optimistic we can also land Cliff, Cardwell, or Ferguson at center. But we still need to get lucky with either Thomas, Lane, or Kadary.

If we land Jackson, the other guard or wing we get for '20 better be able to shoot it or we'll be in some trouble next year from behind the perimeter. Already a limited number of shooters on our roster and two of them will be gone (CV & Al).

18 years old and he’s super connected. Carved out a nice niche for himself building relationships with these kids via social media

I'll believe it when I see it. After all, UConn is a bad and declining mid major program in the middle of nowhere, with a goofy coach, messy AD, and dwindling fanbase and I can’t think of any good reason for a good prospect to go there.
