I wonder how this dilution does or doesn't effect the exit fees for AAC teams wanting to leave now or in the years ahead?
Memphis has not exactly won.Every round of realignment has a singular loser. We know that feeling well.
Well this round, it was clearly Temple. I take no pleasure in that; they deserve better. Who will be their travel partner? ECU? How about their natural rival? USF.
Their fan base must be sick...
Is UAB an A or more of a B?Among the remaining G5 schools, these additions rate about
A (UAB)
B (FAU, UTSA)
C (Rice, Charl)
D (UNT)
Pretty sad that that's the best they can do.
I’ll bump Charlotte to a B. They have zero prestige but are in a growth market and are investing in the program. They have some upside I thinkAmong the remaining G5 schools, these additions rate about

You were wrong about UTSA.I was right about Rice.
I was wrong about 6 vs. 4.You were wrong about UTSA.
I will speak for the football board. We are glad we are independent. What’s funny is the football board has no comment at this time.
Was wondering about that as well.Think your math in Wichita is off a good bit
Probably around UAB.Where would DePaul fit in here? Just as a reference point.
Believe it or not, they are probably pumped. They get to play 4 Texas schools a year.I know this is the hoops side of the house, but poor Navy.
DePaul is the Big East worst team and would probably fit in there nicely.Where would DePaul fit in here? Just as a reference point.
Yup. Navy’s AD was on the 4 member expansion committeeBelieve it or not, they are probably pumped. They get to play 4 Texas schools a year.
Why does Navy need some many schools on Texas? Doesn't 1 or 2 make the point from a recruiting standpoint? I get it's big state but isn't there diminishing returns at a certain point?Yup. Navy’s AD was on the 4 member expansion committee
