Nucerino pinch hitting for Feldstein. Now the injury woes are coming to the starting lineup.

... and here comes Nucerino pitch hitting for Feldstein after his contact w/ wall.

So 2 of our top hitters are out in a game where we'll need lots of runs to win. It's gonna take a miracle to get the W.

We should have had three runs that inning. Why send Prato with Nucerino up and no outs? Prato stays the second basemen is at double play depth and never gets to Nucerino’s ball. Two on, none out and Winkel is on fire.

I’m watching this game like....

Good to have both Dandeneau and Rajkowski back from injury and back in the bullpen. Both have had stretches in the past when they have been quite good. Of course, they have also had stretches when they have a horrible time finding the strike zone. Still, it is a definite plus to have these two veterans back in the pen.

Rajkowski allows a 2 out single, but otherwise has a fine bottom of the 5th inning retiring the other hitters.

Woodworth is getting on my good side. At the beginning of the year I just didn't think he was going to hit. He has turned that around, and with his fielding ability at multiple positions, he is a great player to have on the team.

Wow, Moriarty gets his first hit in a long time, following a Woodworth double. Runners on 1B and 3B with 1 out in the top of the 6th.

Another wasted opportunity. The guys need some serious bunting practice.

He is a clear upgrade over Hill, in my opinion.

Not discouraged by how we have played this weekend. We're playing tough despite being severely shorthanded on the road. We'll be better for it when we get healthy.
