Stew and Ross can't start together. The only really consistent scorer in that lineup is Mullins. Silas can score sometimes but is better as a secondary option. Stew and Ross are way too inconsistent on offense to rely on them together and I don't see a ton of centers who are going to come in and be good enough offensively to make up for that. We've also seen the two of them disappear for huge stretches, and while Ross made nice progress as the end of the year he's still a one dimensional offensive player (but lockdown defender) I think is best off the bench or starting depending on matchups. Still not sure what to make of Stew.
I think, assuming Mullins and Solo are back, you're set at guard, but they need to bring someone in at the 4 or 5 who is the legitimate number two offensive option in the starting lineup. May be a pipe dream
