Well done.Ballhollllllllla!
Well done.Ballhollllllllla!
Yes, given that injuries do occur, having Iriafen, Austin and Edwards -- not to mention Dolson -- is not a bad way to be for now.The Mystics are a fun team to watch. The ball movement and making the extra pass is fun. I'm wondering what they will do with Edwards. She's not getting much minutes, and Iriafen is proving to be really good. I know it's too early to think of a trade (in case of injury), but Edwards is too talented to be playing so few minutes. But at least they have both players for no
I get why you WANT Leite, but we don't want to lose her. We'll have Temi back later this week, then Rupert after Eurobasket, so I think we'll have enough firepower at the 5. Nothing at all against Edwards, who I'd love to get! Just don't want to lose Carla, KT's "baby."I have talked about some potential trades for Aaliyah Edwards that I think make sense.
Washington is just stacked at her position. But they are desperate for guards. And the contracts need to match. So, I assume you can trade Aaliyah for anyone on a rookie contract. Edwards for Leite. Or Edwards for Jacy Sheldon are some obvious swaps to me. Washington can at least call teams and see what guards they can get in return for Aaliyah.
And missed two games for personal reasons - perhaps convening with DB?I’m far from a Christie Sides believer, but the Fever under Steph White have an improved roster and don’t look proportionally better.
With that lead you and I could have been on the floor.Y'all. Has there ever been a W team that had five players on the floor who signed with the team in the last two weeks? We ended the game with Amihere, Bibby, Chen, Hall, and Powers on the floor, three of them had never taken the court in a Valks jersey, and ALL FIVE SCORED. Ballhalla went wild when Hall and Powers scored in the final minute. Such good vibes.
Her partner's mother has been having serious health related issues. And missed two games for personal reasons - perhaps convening with DB?
Thank you for not including a GIF of who I usually think of when I read that line.Started from the bottom, now my whole team here...

Speaking of well done, you'll be happy to know your Lynx are getting further reinforced: they activated Jess Shepard, back from Europe.Well done.
Well, the article's general consensus is that "the fit wasn't right," pretty much from the get go.
And that raises the question: couldn't that have been seen by the (new) front office and/or Steph White who spent the last few years with Bonner in Connecticut?
Did the front office neglect to see the interaction with Boston, Clark and Hull late last season? And, on top of that, they brought in Sophie Cunningham.
Going forward, not surprisingly, Bonner has expressed a preference for Atlanta and -- ta da -- Phoenix. Once again, does that work with Kaleah Copper and Satou Sabally? If you add Bonner to mix, how many balls will be in play? Yes, AT is out there to make sure Bonner gets the ball when and where she wants it, but things are going pretty well there without another scorer.
That said, if the Merc could get her off waivers and convince her to come off the bench for a legit run in the West....stay tuned.
When watching this, Mabrey looked like she "wrenched" her knee. Tried coming back but she was most certainly off the rest of the way. Rivers and/or Sheldon will get a chance to step up.
They’ve been at rock bottom, now they’re digging.Yikes! The Sun definitely will miss Mabrey's leadership and offense.
