2025 NBA Draft Thread

At least Jordan isn’t making decisions anymore
Jordan’s got one of the nicer Viking sport fishes out there. Wins tuna tournaments all over the eastern seaboard.

Maybe, but it’s no longer cheap. $300/sf for a 25-year old cookie cutter on 1/5 acre (my house)
I was just talking about Charlotte with my buddy. His cousin pays way too much to live in something called a double or something like that. It's considered a single family home but he shares a wall and a roof with another single family home.

A duplex? You don't have those in Chicago?

When I did my stint up at Osborn we’d call those country club cabins.

Kon was asked to play the perfect role for him. Liam was asked to do too much because of roster construction.
So we’re saying we know more here than all GMs and draft analysts?

Nah we don’t. Take the blinders off. GN.

You think all the picks who are taken high are better than all the picks who are taken low and GM's don't blow it all the time?

The best player for the last 5 years in the NBA was drafted #41 during a taco bell commercial.

At least he’s a first rounder, yall putting him out for dead. charlotte got a whole new front office. Let’s see how this plays out

It’s usually quite accurate. You should compare the NBA careers of all #4 picks vs all #29 picks and see what stands out.

So the truly important question now seems to be will Liam have to settle for a condo in the Charlotte real estate market because he slipped to late 1st round? Kon can clearly afford a nicer house

Or I can just look at all those #1 studs Anthony Bennett, Markelle Fultz, Michael Olowokandi, Ben Simmons, Andrea Bargnani, Kwame...who had better careers than everyone in their drafts.

Now you’re just gaslighting.

If Kon played for UConn and Liam Duke you wouldn’t be saying this stuff. Liam will be good, Kon deserved his draft spot and was significantly better than Liam in College. It’s okay.
