What I said was since Saban announced his retirement. That happened on Jan 10. I think the number is up to 9. Washington has had 17 enter the portal in that same time frame. Just trying to put things in perspective.

Charges a good team. That's a nice situation to be in and he had success out that way already with Stanford so makes sense he'd go there. I was hoping he'd go to Washington.

Nothing! Forever Michigan hero. Next challenge; NFL dinero (not that he’s poorly paid in Ann Arbor); professionals, no roster teenagers, fewer 22 year olds; success and coach several more years; less successful and more on to coordinator role or call it a day.

Interesting opportunity for UM’s 2nd year president and alumni board. More monitoring Manuel, enabling him to spearhead hiring likely new football and hoops coach, ?????
