I really like Demetre but I’ve just got a feeling she’ll stay on the West Coast.
She’s from the same high school as Katie Lou and Kalana. Last week there was a pic of Katie Lou and her sister with Brooke back at Mati Dae. I think she will end up at UCONN seeing what they accomplished under Geno and UCONN. She is a great player and will only get better. I have a good feeling UCONN will go after Brooke big time. If she sees both Katie Lou and Kalana go all the way to Connecticut and have such amazing careers and made it in the WNBA bolds very well. She’s a player I hope we land.. a lot like Katie Lou.. 6’2 guard who can shoot the 3 and play inside.

Why do you feel like she’s a better pure PG than Hailey Van Lith?
I like Hailey Van Lith. She's very physical, quick in small space but I just feel the main difference is speed. Their shooting is about equal and both work hard defensively. But Andrews is electric in the open floor, sees everything and her reactions are very fast. Hailey Van Lith seems to have to work hard to get open and separate from the defense while keeping the ball a little too long. Andrews does these things effortlessly and really pushes the ball on the break. Not a huge difference but to run in transition and run a quick ball movement offense I'd just prefer Andrews.

Lauren Jensen, the former UConn POI who is heading to Iowa, is torching things at Boo Williams. She was 7-11 from three today and ended up with 34 points. She's averaging 25 per game on 67% shooting.

Azzi Fudd writing a blog for USAToday talks about her injury and other things:

Even more in love with her now. :)

School is about to be out for the summer and I’m doing pretty well in the classroom. I have a 3.8 GPA and math is my favorite class right now.
