We look great right now. Come on!! Chance to make the tourney and they are playing like crap. Literally sleepwalking right now.

Back to back... WTF. Pull out mercy rule and let's start all over.

Back to back home runs given up by Nepiarsky in the 3rd. Between the suspensions and Rossomando getting an early hook does not bode well for the mental aspect of the game by the Huskies.

Anyone know if the suspensions were issued by Penders or by the AAC?

I wonder if Penders will put LeFevre in for Susi to rest Zac up for the second game?

I'd wave the white flag and move on...

We need to save arms as well.

Edit - LOL... Penders get off the Boneyard and figure out strategy for game 2!

Not sure if it's better to just have your butts handed to you or lose a nail biter in this game. Regardless I would save the arms and if you lose this game 20-0 so be it

We are staring at pitches right down the middle and letting this pitcher off the hook by swinging at pitches out of the strike zone.

Where did these Memphis bats come from. Everything they hit is to the wall. They didn't look anything like this the first 4 games we played them.

It might have to do with the guys on the mound for UConn. None of them pitched in those four games.

Welp this sucks... gotta leave the house, was hoping this shebang would be wrapped up by now and next on tap would be noon tomorrow. Bahstards...

True. Concerning that we can't seem to hit this pitching staff. Hope we want next game as bad as Memphis wanted this one.

Some of the pitches that have been thrown looked like they are on a tee. Its BP for them

I wonder if Ryan Radue might pitch an inning at the end of this game?

Toppa is the real deal. Hits the ball where its pitched and knows when to shorten his swing.

Nice to see the bats coming alive. As bad as we've play certainly makes you say what if. Lot of missed chances early and the Hill missed pop up cost us 2.

Might be getting their minds back to baseball and off the shell shock of the suspension of team captain and team leader Bobby Melley.

Why doesn't the higher seed get to be home. UConn has been away twice even thought they've played (6,8 and 6)

Once it gets to the semi's it is a coin toss. Now I am hoping that since they play 2 today that we get to be the home team next game and it's not a coin toss.

We just don't appear to be seeing the ball well at the plate. Lot of balls have been chopped down into the ground. No one really making great contact and still no homers. I guess we are saving them all for the Championship game.
