2016 AAC Baseball Championship

[ATLDYKA]

Need to start Montgomerie and take care of business. If what we want to happen, happens which is Tulane beat Houston in this first game and we lose, then we are looking at playing in the 4th game of the day which I can't see starting any earlier than 8 tonight and maybe later and then if you win late tonight having to turnaround a play a noon game tomorrow. If Tulane wins this first game let's take care of business and sit back and let them go at it.

UCONN is going to score a ton of runs today. I am not at all convinced we should waste Montgomerie when Houston is absolutely rolling right now.

I almost wonder if Houston winning has changed Penders thought process on the pitchers. I'm guessing he is thinking that beating Houston in the championship might be a must because if Houston gets the 3rd bid from the league there may not be a 4th for us. Almost a winner take all mentality and so he is willing to take a shot with others to beat a not so good Memphis team. Not having Melley won't help however.

Just got back from shopping, so I don't know a thing about this suspension stuff. I did hear on the way home according to Chris Jones that Jack Riley and Devin Over are suspended as well.

I thought Nepiarsky was well buried in the bullpen, but here he is back in potentially long relief.
