Its ok to admit you were wrong, upstater.

You won't die.

Your head won't explode.

Promise.

Wrong about what? Everyone corrected him about Battle including two of his own colleagues. Look, I know you love Goodman, but the evidence on his Twitter account is there.

So seems like Ollie has about 2 main targets at every position aside from PG

SGs: Beasley and Newman
SFs: Clarke and Jones
PFs: Enoch and Ahmed?
Cs: Stone, Baptiste and The 7-4 dude

I would take any of those 9 guys in a heartbeat but would love Enoch to be one of the class.

I think I want a class of Adams, Clarke, Enoch and Baptiste. Stone seems like a bit of a long shot, what with the ESPN selection. I'm sure there will be some surprise though and probably some late spring signing if someone leaves this spring.

Why give up on Jones and Stone? I'll be happy however this shakes out but that would be a tremendous class.

I'm not giving up on Jones, I just have a slight preference for Clarke right now. Different types of players and either would be good, I think. Like I said its a slight preference.

I really hope Ollie goes all in on Stone. He blows Baptiste and the other 7 footer out of the water. And I want Enoch.

This would my ideal class: Adams, Stone, Enoch, then (Jones, Clarke, or Newman). I'd prefer Newman over Jones and Clarke but I'm perfectly fine with either SF.

Best athlete: Derrick Jones (Philadelphia/Archbishop Carroll High School)

He has a rare combination of tremendous length and an explosive vertical leap, which helps him contribute on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he stands out finishing in transition with tip dunks and straight line drives. On the defensive end, his lateral quickness keeps him in front of his opponent. As the skills catch up to his athletic ability, he will be even more productive.

Stone has kept his recruitment extremely close to the vest. There was buzz about him being a Uconn lean 2 weeks ago, and no news at all since then, but for some reason, we are seeing fans have their wish list of recruits exclude Diamond as if he is unattainable...what am I missing??

Breaking down how the top 20 committed players fit at the next level

9. Jalen Adams, Connecticut (No. 40):
One of the best scoring guards in the country, Adams has the ability to play both backcourt positions and should fit in well at Connecticut. Adams can get by his man off the bounce, while also possessing range on his jumper. The Huskies love to use ball-screens for their guards, and Adams will be well-suited for that offense. Ryan Boatright will be gone by the time Adams enters school, although fellow combo guards Sam Cassell Jr., Rodney Purvis and Terrence Samuel are also competing for minutes.

I agree. That has to make DJ say " hmmm wouldn't it be nice to have this guy passing me the rock durning college". The two of them together would be about the fastest duo you could pair from the 2015 talent pool.

Adams should keep his scoring to a minimum this tournament. Everyone knows he can score. He just needs to toss lob after lob after lob to Jones, then recruit off the court.
