First Tara, now maybe Muffet is looking at a long season. Thank goodness Holly has turned things around
I'm not counting the Irish out, but if this is the first demonstration of the impact of the limited roster, yeah, they could lose more this season than they have in any of the past 8 or 9 years.

Look at the strength of schedule column, my friend.

Yes, yes. I noticed it. And the RPI difference was? Sorry to be a pest. I’m drinking Pepsi and enjoying the game immensely.

Though I do wonder what it cost Louisville to assemble such a team.

My Louisville prediction is looking pretty good right now

I can only assume you didn't watch Kelsey Plum at all last year. She went off like this more often than not.

Correct. I did not see Plum very much at all.

Plum had some big games, but not many where she was 8-10 from the arc. 34 points on 17 shots is impressive.

7-8 behind the arc against Stanford, 44 points, I think 27 shots overall. 57 points against Utah on 28 shots. Scored 40+ about half a dozen times, must've scored 30+ 20 games or more.

This Louisville team is a lot of fun to watch; lots of chemistry together and they play hard. That 2/12 game is looking very interesting.

I'd say Kelsey Mitchell has had a number of similar offensive explosions also.

It's not the men's team, so it didn't cost TOO much.

I thought we were talking about strength of schedule not RPI. *shrug*

However Walz got Durr to sign on the dotted line, it was a huge moment for his career and for Louisville's program. She's one of those players that changes a program.

Wasn't her high score game last year 56 points?

57. That's the game when she broke the career scoring record. I was at the game. That was a good time.

I suspect Geno is loving the ND vs Louisville game. "So you beat ND by 9 points and Louisville beats ND by 33. Now will you listen to me." Expletives deleted.

Louisville will test UCONN's mettle. As Bags asked, will they be tough enough?

I was really impressed with the postgame interview Rebecca did with both Durr and Hines-Allen. Both were great and Myisha is very well spoken and Complimentary of Asia. Very happy for both of them. The crowd there was awesome! Too bad it will come to a screeching halt Feb 12...

I don't think he will say anything until they are next on thier schedule. He is talking Houston in practice.

The Louisville scorers get the glory, but I was kinda impressed with their big forward #3. Played hard at both ends, had some real nice passes, and scored a couple.

Is that Feuhring (spelling?)? I was impressed w/ her during the Ohio St. game early in the season.

Hines-Allen and Dur combine for 67, they will not do that against UConn.

Point is he will say some thing like this in preparation for the Louisville game. But I would not put it past him to say some thing in passing to get their mind open to his coaching.

With outcome of this game being what it was, Notre Dame should fall to #4 early next week, with Louisville and Mississippi State #2 and #3, respectively.

I believe one of the commentators said this will be the first time in school history that Louisville has been #2 in the country (though I'm not quite sure how that works when they played in a national championship game on two occasions).
