Saying that CT has been doing anything "MUCH better as of late down the stretch" should be taken with a pound of salt. They do that "down the stretch" every year. Look at who they play, and who defends them "down the stretch" every year.....

You mean Iowa and Baylor?

Laughed so hard when I saw this! Glad it never got to that point though.

Kiana Williams, of course.
Interesting. 14 points on 20 shots wouldn’t have been my pick.

Hull or Prechtel deserved it, not that it matters all that much.

I couldn’t find it anywhere, so thank you!!

It’s not necessarily about who was the best in the Final game, but throughout all four games that Stanford played. Williams was on fire up until that first half, and still was key in the win.

If you're basing MOP on one game, I get it. MOP is for the regional tournament though. Williams was great throughout with last night's game being the only blemish if you ask me.

Interesting that Prechtel was 3-3 and Brink was 0-3 from three land last night - 50% overall - for the season they both shoot about .350. And combined they shoot about 3 per game. Stanford in the tournament has increased the number of threes they take per game and increased their percentages (didn't look like a good strategy in the first half!)
