I just can't understand how Temple, who wasn't good enough to belong in the Big East has apparently survived and at times thrived in the AAC, where UConn can't gain any ground whatsoever. Temple once again is bowl eligible.

LaVell Edwards: Legendary BYU coach LaVell Edwards has passed away Thursday at age 86. The namesake of the Cougars’ stadium and an innovator of the modern passing game, Edwards was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004.

Those poor kids must be frustrated that the University can't bring in a top notch coach and staff. It's always some leftover or in Diaco's case a wannabe. The university has never been able to land a "name" head coach who can up the talent level. They deserve better.
