Yarders post covid concert/s that they would like to attend?

Buying two 3-day passes for Wlico's Solid Sound 2024 festival. Needed a new music weekend in our lives. Have no idea what to expect. In North Adams, MA

Treehouse will be on tap.

A lot of wilco. jk, WFUV has broadcasted it in the past and it sounds cool.

Are you camping?

If you bought tickets to this, you are in for a treat. Last night's show at Forest Hills was very good, very impressed at how well he sounds at 78. Did 3-4 songs on acoustic guitar in between a rocking set of classics with Crazy Horse.
I'll be there!

Forest Hiils is a great venue. Saw CCR there in 1971.

John Hiatt doing an acoustic show at Fairfield Theatre Company. Thursday, May 30.

how was it?
I love the sound of Crazy Horse guitars so I found it very satisfying. And I know he can do it in his sleep, but I hadn't seen "Heart of Gold" live before. One guy singing, playing guitar and harmonica solo making that great sound was impressive. My one regret was no "Like a Hurricane" but he nailed other standards "Powderfinger" and Cinnimon Girl". And "Hey, Hey, My My' sounds great live. We had a wonderful night, just like we expected.

P.S. Archie Moore's all day for wings, imo. Hadn't been for a few years and they still nailed 'em.

I got "like a hurricane" but I would have loved "Down by the river", "Harvest Moon", or "Sugar Mountain," as those are some of my favorite songs by him. Thought he sounded stellar for 78

I see that he played Cortez the Killer which is one of my favorites and I love the rendition with Dave Matthews and Warren Haynes. Neil has been one of my favorites since the mid 70s.

I saw The Stones in Orlando last night. Great show without even thinking about their ages. Close to two hour show for most of their favorites and four off “Hackey Diamonds” including one for Keith (“Tell Me Straight”) as well as Keith doing “Little T & A”

I just saw them in New Jersey, and I agree. They sounded awesome, not just good for 80. I worried I’d never see them, so I’m very glad this tour was easy for me to get to. I definitely enjoyed Keith taking the mic for those two.

How was this? I heard he's changed up his style a bit over the years.
I was late getting in to a Meadows show a few years ago where he was the opener (3 performers on bill.) Only saw his last 2 songs. Small band that night.

Last night, a nine-piece band. Tight as hell. 3 horns. A background singer with tambourine. Keyboard, bassist and a killer co lead guitarist.

They sounded amazing once we left our seats and went down to the floor.
